School Psychologist - New Haven, CT

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Valid Connecticut certification in School Psychology, or eligibility for certification (pending certs welcome for interviews)
• Experience working within school settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong background in conducting a wide range of student evaluations and assessments on a regular basis
• Skill in analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations tailored to student needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychological and psycho-educational evaluations to identify students’ strengths and areas of need
• Interpreting assessment results and providing clear, evidence-based recommendations for interventions and services
• Contributing to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborating with educators, families, and other service providers
• Supporting crisis intervention, consultation, and counseling services as needed
• Maintaining accurate, confidential records and documentation in compliance with regulations
