Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to support students across a K-12 caseload, with the assignment most likely focused at the elementary level. Pay and Benefits:

Hourly Compensation: $46-$55/hr

Requirements:

Active Virginia School Psychologist License required
Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to support K-12 student populations
Onsite preferred; hybrid may be considered for the right candidate

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
Prepare reports and participate in eligibility meetings
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
Assist with intervention planning and behavioral supports
Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
Virtual interview directly with the school
Interview availability: April 3rd during morning hours
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.

Work Hours:

Full-Time
37.5 hours per week
