Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Valid state credential or eligibility in School Psychology
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across different age groups
• Knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and special education processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
• Provide direct support and counseling to students as needed
• Promote a safe and supportive school climate at both junior high and kindergarten levels
• Consult with staff on best practices for supporting student mental health and learning
