Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting student evaluations and assessments in school settings

  • Ability to work independently and manage a split schedule across multiple buildings

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of psychoeducational evaluations, focusing on both individual students and systemwide needs
  • Consult with teachers and school administrators to interpret assessment results and recommend interventions
  • Develop and support the implementation of IEPs and behavioral plans
  • Engage students and families in collaborative meetings to identify strengths and address areas for growth
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed within the middle and high school environments
  • Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of all assessments and services provided
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
