Key Qualifications:

• Completion of a School Psychology Master’s program
• Current and valid state license for School Psychology
• Strong knowledge of psychological testing, counseling, and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas for growth
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and skill-building sessions for students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding effective strategies for student support
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and support service planning
