Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, IEP/504 processes, and behavior intervention planning
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and report-writing skills
• Ability to support students across a range of backgrounds and abilities
• Knowledge of current best practices in mental health and learning strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, offering recommendations based on data
• Provide counseling and direct interventions for students
• Support teachers and staff with strategies for classroom management and student engagement
• Partner with families to address student concerns and enhance academic and behavioral outcomes
• Maintain confidential records and comply with all state/federal regulations
