We are seeking a skilled School Psychologist for a contract assignment spanning mid-December through mid to late March for the 2026/27 school year. This leave coverage position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, designed for professionals who thrive in both onsite and remote settings. The placement requires three days each week onsite at an elementary school and two days working from home.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Previous experience working within school settings, especially at the elementary level.
• Strong assessment, consultation, and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Familiarity with educational evaluations, IEP processes, and behavioral support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student psychological assessments to support learning and emotional development.
• Offer interventions and counseling tailored to individual student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional expertise to multi-disciplinary teams.
• Consult with faculty and parents to develop strategies promoting positive student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting in line with district policies.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Hybrid arrangement: three days onsite, two days remote (work from home).
• Contract role, covering a leave from approximately December through March.
