This district welcomes candidates with a Delaware school psychologist license, including those whose licenses are currently pending. Enjoy added flexibility, as the role permits a hybrid work arrangement for 1-2 days each week.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology (or related field)
• Active Delaware School Psychologist license or eligibility; pending licensure accepted
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered
• Proficiency with psychological and academic assessments, intervention planning, and IEP process
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Typical Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
• Provide direct and indirect services to students, including counseling and crisis intervention
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and problem-solving initiatives
