A school district in the Newark area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract position during the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity offers the chance to support multiple school sites while collaborating with a dedicated special education team.

Location: Newark, DE 19711

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday

• Full-Time (37.5 Hours/Week)

Contract Dates:

• Approximately August 2026 – June 2027

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral consultation across multiple school sites

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families

• Support school-based behavior initiatives

• Assist with interviewing and selecting behavioral support staff

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
