Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Strong understanding of developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges
- Excellent communication, assessment, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement appropriate intervention strategies based on individual student needs
- Consult with teachers, counselors, and families to promote positive student outcomes
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support services as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
