Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience providing psychological services in school settings
  • Comfortable working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
  • Strong communication, assessment, and consultation skills
  • Ability to interpret data and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Dedication to upholding student privacy and adhering to ethical guidelines

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies that promote student well-being and academic achievement
  • Deliver direct and indirect counseling and mental health services to students as needed
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and help craft appropriate support plans
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to monitor student progress and recommend adjustments to interventions
  • Provide crisis intervention and manage challenging situations with a calm, compassionate approach
