In this role, you’ll be instrumental in conducting assessments, administering tests, and performing MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) evaluations for students. You’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to foster student growth, tackle learning and behavioral challenges, and help build a nurturing space where young learners can thrive.
What we’re seeking:
- Valid School Psychologist certification in Georgia or eligibility for licensure
- Experience with psychoeducational assessments and testing
- Knowledge of MTSS frameworks and evaluation processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Organization and adaptability when working across multiple campuses or with diverse student populations
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive support plans
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct and interpret psychoeducational assessments for students referred through the MTSS process
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
- Collaborate with educators and families to implement school-wide interventions
- Maintain documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Offer guidance on behavioral and academic interventions
