• Hold a valid School Psychologist credential or license (state requirements must be met)
• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience with assessments, counseling, and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations to assess students’ needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement IEPs and intervention plans
• Provide direct and indirect counseling services to support student success and well-being
