Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working with students in K-12 settings (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
- Deep understanding of assessment tools, interventions, IEPs, and counseling best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to engage with educators, staff, and families
- Flexibility to adapt strategies to diverse student populations and needs
- Commitment to maintaining ethical, confidential, and professional standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for students
- Provide direct services and counseling, including crisis intervention and preventative support
- Collaborate with educators and administration to design and implement effective interventions and accommodations
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expert guidance on student needs and services
- Support multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), behavior plans, and social-emotional learning initiatives
- Engage with families and staff to promote student well-being, growth, and success
