This role offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time options, covering between 20 and 35 hours per week based on your preferences. You’ll partner with 2-3 school buildings, collaborating with educators and families to foster student success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychoeducational assessments to guide student support strategies
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
  • Providing individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
  • Participating in data-driven problem-solving and school intervention programs
  • Delivering crisis intervention and behavior management strategies as needed
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive school climate across multiple buildings

Qualifications we look for:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification (or eligibility) as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills to engage with staff and families
  • Ability to work independently while being an enthusiastic team player
  • Comfortable working a hybrid remote schedule (may be considered for this role)
  • Reliable transportation; reimbursement available for travel between school sites
