Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by supporting their emotional and academic development as a contract School Psychologist. Work within a district-wide setting, collaborating with staff across various schools to provide high-quality psychological and counseling services for K-12 students. This onsite role, beginning August 3, 2026, and running through June 7, 2027, offers a consistent weekly schedule of 35 hours, with flexibility in daily start and end times to fit your lifestyle.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification (or eligibility) for the state of Indiana
  • Graduate degree (Master’s or above) in School Psychology or a closely related field
  • Previous experience supporting school-age children across K-12 preferred
  • Strong understanding of special education procedures, interventions, and assessments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving student and school needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and behavior assessments
  • Develop and implement intervention plans and support students’ IEP goals
  • Facilitate small group and individual counseling sessions
  • Provide crisis intervention and consult with staff on behavioral strategies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to academic planning
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state requirements
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding student mental health
