Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year! This impactful, contract-based position offers two openings, both integral to fostering the mental, emotional, and educational well-being of school-aged children in a vibrant school community. Start August 3, 2026, and make a difference through June 7, 2027.
In this role, you will work 35 hours per week, with your choice of two flexible daily schedules: 8:50 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 2:20 PM. You’ll provide support across a wide range of student needs, tailoring your caseload for optimal care and guidance. This is a dynamic environment where your expertise shapes positive outcomes for students, families, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Active or eligible certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (state requirements apply)
- Experience working with K-12 populations, encompassing diverse backgrounds and needs
- Skilled in assessment, counseling, and intervention strategies
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities, partnering with educators and parents
- Adaptable, organized, and passionate about student advocacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments and interpret results for support planning
- Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans
- Facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support as needed
- Provide consultation, resources, and training to educators and families
