Two positions are available, offering a fulfilling schedule of 35 hours per week, with flexible start times to fit different preferences (8:50 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. – 2:20 p.m.). Caseload sizes may vary, providing a chance to utilize your expertise where it’s needed most.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility to obtain in Indiana
• Demonstrated knowledge of assessment, academic and behavioral interventions, and special education processes
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to service diverse student populations from kindergarten through twelfth grade
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and interpret results
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans for students with varying needs
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services
• Advocate for the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students
• Support compliance with IDEA and state regulations related to special education
• Collaborate with staff to design evidence-based strategies and monitor student progress
