Key Qualifications:

• Active Virginia Department of Education (DOE) licensure required
• Current and valid Psychology licensure for the state of Virginia
• Experience providing school-based psychological services preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong assessment, communication, and consultation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services to students, including evaluations, assessments, and counseling
• Support the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with school staff to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Engage in case management and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
• Contribute to a positive learning environment by participating in team meetings and offering expert guidance on student interventions
