School Psychologist

Position Details

• Location: Norfolk, VA
• School Year: August 2026 – June 2027
• Schedule: 35–37.5 hours per week
• Openings: 2–3 School Psychologists needed
• Caseloads Available: Elementary, Middle, and High School
  • Please share candidate preference regarding grade level/caseload.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
• Participate in eligibility meetings and IEP meetings
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Active Virginia School Psychologist certification/licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
