Key Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification required
  • Prior experience in school settings, particularly with elementary-age children, highly desirable
  • Proficient in conducting assessments, writing comprehensive reports, and participating in IEP meetings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full-time elementary caseload, providing direct and indirect psychological services
  • Administer assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
  • Write detailed, legally compliant reports for eligibility determinations and re-evaluations
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and service providers to support student interventions and positive outcomes
  • Participate actively in team meetings, consultations, and response-to-intervention processes
  • Advocate for student needs while supporting school-wide mental health initiatives
