With the district’s flexible approach, you’ll enjoy a hybrid schedule—three days on campus and two days working virtually. Mondays are dedicated school-wide MTSS days and require your presence onsite, creating opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Department of Education School Psychologist certification required
- Previous experience as a School Psychologist, especially in elementary settings, highly valued
- Comfort adapting between in-person and virtual service delivery
- Strong skills in consultation, assessment, and intervention planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration strengths with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments in alignment with state guidelines
- Consult with teachers and administrators to develop and implement student support strategies
- Deliver direct and indirect support to students, including crisis intervention and behavioral planning
- Participate in MTSS meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with district and state regulations
- Provide resources and support for families and staff to foster student well-being
