Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certified or licensed School Psychologist
  • Previous experience in K-4 or elementary school settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and intervention strategies
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student strengths and needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, educators, and families
  • Collaborate with educational staff to support student success and social-emotional development
  • Participate in multi-tiered systems of support and problem-solving teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation while balancing caseload responsibilities across three buildings
