What we're looking for:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential and required state licensure
  • Previous experience as a School Psychologist in an educational setting
  • Experience with or interest in early childhood and preschool populations
  • Strong assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently within multidisciplinary teams

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments for preschool-aged students, including cognitive, social-emotional, and academic evaluations
  • Participate as an essential member of the Preschool Assessment Team, contributing expertise to eligibility and service recommendations
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and related service providers to support individualized student growth
  • Develop thorough, compliance-driven reports and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Serve as a resource for early intervention strategies and best practices for preschoolers
  • Support families as they navigate evaluations and educational recommendations
