School Psychologist - North Highlands, CA

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in preschool or early childhood education settings is highly desirable
• Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with special education procedures, including evaluation and eligibility processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate developmental, cognitive, and emotional needs of preschool-aged students
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide consultation and recommendations to educators, administrators, and families regarding student supports
• Collaborate with the assessment team to ensure accurate and timely evaluations
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation adhering to state and district requirements
