This maternity leave coverage runs through 10/16/26 on a Preschool Assessment Team, providing the opportunity to work closely with dedicated educators and other professionals. Qualifications:

  • Current license/certification as a School Psychologist (as required in California)
  • Experience as a School Psychologist in a public school setting preferred
  • Background or interest in preschool assessment and early childhood development
  • Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and problem-solving

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments for preschool-aged children and contribute to eligibility determinations
  • Collaborate with the Preschool Assessment Team and liaise with teachers, families, and service providers
  • Provide recommendations for interventions and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Maintain thorough records and comply with all confidentiality and documentation standards
