Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Solid understanding of assessment tools, special education law, and behavioral interventions
• Experience with conducting psychoeducational evaluations and collaborating on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and administrators
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, social/emotional, and behavioral needs
• Interpret data and share recommendations for interventions and educational planning
• Support and participate in the IEP process, including attending meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultative services to students, families, and staff
• Contribute to initiatives that promote mental health awareness within the school community
• Maintain thorough documentation and adherence to ethical, legal, and procedural guidelines
