School Psychologist – North Providence, RI

Location: North Providence, RI
Setting: K–5 Elementary
Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Active Rhode Island School Psychologist license/certification
• Experience conducting educational evaluations and eligibility determinations
• Strong knowledge of special education processes and IEP development

Pay

$45+ per hour, based on experience

Position Details

• Full-time School Psychologist supporting K–5 elementary students
• Onsite position working directly with students, staff, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and eligibility determinations
• Complete and participate in re-evaluations
• Fully participate in IEP development and team meetings
• Serve as an active member of the school’s risk and threat assessment team
• Provide consultation and support to building staff and student support teams
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and related service providers
