School Psychologist – North Providence, RI

Location: North Providence, RI
Setting: Middle School
Schedule: Full-Time, 32.5 Hours/Week
Hours: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Active Rhode Island School Psychologist license/certification
• Experience with school-based evaluations and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Experience providing individual and small-group counseling

Pay

$45+ per hour, based on experience

Position Details

• Full-time School Psychologist supporting a middle school caseload
• Collaborate closely with the Speech-Language Pathologist to co-treat a small caseload
• Provide both individual and small-group counseling services

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct educational evaluations and re-evaluations
• Participate in eligibility and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide individual and small-group counseling
• Co-treat students with the SLP as part of a collaborative service model
• Consult with teachers, related service providers, and school staff
• Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
