School Psychologist | North Richland Hills, Texas

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing essential psychological services across five campuses, primarily supporting elementary students with some involvement at the middle school level. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering a positive educational environment by conducting evaluations and delivering direct support for students with Autism (AU), Emotional Disturbance (ED), Other Health Impairments (OHI), and ADHD. This on-site role spans the academic year from August 10, 2026, to May 21, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 35 hours.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Active License Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Credential from the Board of Examiners of Psychologists.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly valued.
• Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel between multiple campuses within the district.
• Commitment to timely completion of state-required fingerprinting through the TEA (up to 10 business days for processing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive student evaluations and re-evaluations focused on AU, ED, OHI, and ADHD.
• Develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate closely with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth.
• Provide ongoing consultative and direct psychological services as part of a supportive team.
• Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with all state and district requirements.
