Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychological assessments, developing intervention plans, and interpreting data
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and processes
• Excellent collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with diverse student needs and ability to create tailored supports
• Flexibility to meet the changing needs of a school community

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to improve student outcomes
• Deliver direct and indirect counseling and intervention services
• Participate in special education eligibility determination meetings
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation and adhere to all confidentiality requirements
• Offer guidance and professional development to school staff on mental health best practices
