Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in accordance with all current state requirements
• Previous experience in a K-12 educational environment is valued
• Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
• Ability to adapt to new caseloads and collaborate on individualized solutions for students
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working onsite and building relationships with faculty, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement intervention strategies and evidence-based practices tailored to individual students
• Participate in the creation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Provide consultation and guidance to teachers, families, and support staff
• Facilitate crisis intervention, as needed, and promote positive mental health initiatives school-wide
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation for compliance and tracking student progress
