Key Qualifications:

  • Current or pending Connecticut certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience within K-12 school settings preferred
  • Strong background in conducting psycho-educational evaluations
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with regular evaluations and comprehensive reporting
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and interpret results for eligibility and intervention planning
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support plans
  • Document findings and maintain accurate, confidential records

As a School Psychologist in this contract position, you’ll earn between $100.00 and $105.00 per hour, with a higher rate of $105.00 to $110.00 per hour available for bilingual professionals.
