Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Connecticut certification as a School Psychologist (required)
• Prior experience with school-based psychological services, preferably in an elementary setting
• Strong understanding of best practices in student evaluation and development
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, student-centered environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for elementary students
• Attend and contribute to PPT meetings to develop and update individualized education plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ needs
• Provide consultation on behavioral interventions and academic support strategies
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation
