Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Successful completion of a graduate internship in a school setting
• Experience with assessments, IEPs, and counseling preferred
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations governing special education
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to help guide educational planning
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide individual and group counseling services to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Work closely with teachers and staff to recommend interventions and strategies to promote positive learning environments
• Engage with families to discuss student progress and strategies for at-home support
• Maintain detailed, confidential records in accordance with compliance standards
