Your role will involve consulting across two elementary sites, providing both pre-referral consultations and comprehensive evaluative support.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing student behavior plans
• Comfortable assisting staff in managing behaviors across various educational settings
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Solid background conducting pre-referral and evaluative activities within school systems
• Flexibility to work onsite across multiple locations as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and support behavior intervention plans tailored to elementary students’ diverse needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Assist staff with proactive classroom management techniques and interventions
• Conduct assessments, gather data, and participate in the evaluative process for student referrals
• Advocate for students’ social, emotional, and academic well-being
• Provide consultative support and training on behavior management strategies to school staff
