We are searching for someone with substantial experience as a school psychologist or school social worker, especially with developing effective behavior plans and assisting educators in managing student behaviors. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current credentials as a school psychologist or school social worker
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing behavior plans
• Experience supporting staff and students in elementary settings
• Familiarity with providing both pre-referral interventions and assessments
• Ability to adapt to working at multiple school sites as needed
• Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Guide and collaborate with educators to support classroom management and intervention strategies
• Deliver pre-referral consultations and evaluative services for students
• Liaise with families and staff to ensure a continuum of care and support
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with school policies
• Provide training or resources to staff as required
