School Psychologist - Olathe, Kansas

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in enhancing students’ academic, emotional, and social development, collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification (or eligibility) in Kansas
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
• Strong communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs of students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective educational and behavioral intervention plans
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and mental health support as needed
• Contribute to IEP and 504 Plan development, attending meetings and documenting student progress
• Deliver staff development and parent workshops on a variety of psychological and educational topics
• Support positive school climate through proactive strategies and consultative support
