Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• State-issued School Psychologist certification or eligibility
• Previous experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Strong knowledge of special education law and IEP development
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Capability to handle confidential information professionally
• Experience in school settings preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate student needs and guide educational planning
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
