What we’re seeking:

  • Current certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with diverse student populations, especially grades K-12
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting student achievement and well-being

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, and emotional needs
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies promoting positive learning environments
  • Provide direct intervention services, including counseling and crisis intervention, to individuals and groups
  • Support students with IEPs and help plan appropriate accommodations and goals
  • Offer professional insight that guides prevention and response efforts regarding behavioral and mental health concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and support efforts to comply with state and federal education guidelines
