Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure for Washington State
• Background in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments in school settings
• Proficiency with IEP processes and special education eligibility requirements
• Strong report-writing and case documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Prior experience in a hybrid or remote environment is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person psychoeducational assessments and observations as required
• Develop and interpret individualized educational and behavioral recommendations
• Participate in special education meetings, with potential to attend virtually for IEPs and team collaboration
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ social, emotional, and academic needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comprehensive reports within specified timelines
• Contribute to problem-solving, pre-referral intervention processes, and collaborative team decision-making
• Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $50-$65, with the added convenience of a partially remote schedule and the chance to work during the academic year.
