Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification in School Psychology
• Knowledge of special education laws, assessment tools, and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute to IEP/504 teams
• Organizational skills and adaptability within diverse school environments
• Previous experience within school settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret psychological and educational assessments for students
• Provide recommendations for interventions and supports to enhance student success
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and behavior plans
• Offer counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, families, and other service providers
• Participate in staff training, individual/group counseling, and consultation services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to district and state requirements
