Make a meaningful impact in education by supporting elementary students in a well-rounded, collaborative school environment. This contract position for a school psychologist offers the opportunity to work onsite alongside educators and administrators to deliver essential psychological support for young learners. As a key member of the special education team, you’ll help students overcome challenges and access the resources they need to thrive.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Active, valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain prior to assignment start)
  • Prior experience providing psychological services to children in a school setting, especially at the elementary level
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to professional ethics and student confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and consultation for students in elementary grades
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Assist in the identification and evaluation of students requiring special education
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and other student support plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions for academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations

This is an onsite-only role providing full-time support throughout the school year, from August 13, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with a 37.5-hour workweek.
