Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience conducting cognitive and academic testing
- Familiarity with behavioral evaluations and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Knowledge of or experience with the Student Support Team (SST) process
- Proficient in Q-Interactive or similar digital testing platforms
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience in a school setting preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth cognitive and academic assessments for students
- Conduct initial behavioral evaluations, including FBAs
- Apply expertise in SST processes to support early intervention and needs identification
- Analyze and interpret test data, preparing detailed reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support student success
- Complete digital assessments utilizing Q-Interactive
