The work week ranges between 37.5 and 40 hours, with the school day beginning at 7:45 AM and concluding at 3:30 PM. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, students, and families, optimizing your expertise in cognitive and academic assessments, while having ample opportunities to utilize Q-Interactive for efficient and accurate testing.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience or strong familiarity with cognitive, academic, and behavioral testing
• Knowledge of and prior participation in SST (Student Support Team) processes
• Ability to conduct initial FBAs (Functional Behavior Assessments)
• Comfort using Q-Interactive or similar digital assessment platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer, score, and interpret standardized cognitive and academic assessments
• Conduct behavioral assessments and participate in initial FBAs as required
• Contribute insights and recommendations as part of SST meetings
• Document and report findings, ensuring compliance with school and state guidelines
• Balance on-site presence with at-home report writing and paperwork as part of a hybrid arrangement
