School Psychologist in Omaha, NE

The assignment is based near Omaha, NE, and the role is available for immediate start, extending through the end of the 2026-2027 academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid school psychologist license required
• Previous experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
• Commitment to providing services onsite only

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct psychological services and counseling to elementary school students
• Perform cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Consult with teachers and parents to address student learning and behavioral needs
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) processes
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district policies
