A K-12 school in Oregon City, OR is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services throughout the academic year on a contractual basis. This role supports student development and well-being through assessments, interventions, and collaboration with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to identify student needs and eligibility for special education services
  • Develop and implement individualized strategies and interventions to support student learning and mental health
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive educational environments
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to maximize outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district policies and state regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations in a school setting
  • Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
