Step into a rewarding role supporting high school students as a full-time School Psychologist for the 2026-27 academic year. In this onsite assignment, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and students in a dynamic and supportive high school environment. Working from 7:30am to 3:30pm each weekday, you’ll directly impact students’ academic and emotional success throughout the academic year.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for high school students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective intervention strategies
- Facilitate and actively participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings
- Provide both group and individual counseling services to students, promoting well-being and positive coping skills
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster an inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist license in the state of Oregon (required)
- Minimum of three years of experience in a school psychologist role preferred
- Background in working with high school-aged youth
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to participate in a pre-screening process with the Administrative Secretary prior to formal interview
