Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid credential/license as a School Psychologist in Washington state
  • Experience with diverse K-12 student populations
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, special education law, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic educational setting

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations, behavioral assessments, and re-evaluations
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to design interventions and supports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide goal-oriented input for student plans
  • Deliver counseling services to students individually or in groups
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Help create positive, inclusive school climates that foster student growth
