School Psychologist | Osage City, Kansas

Make a difference in students’ lives by providing your expertise in psychology within a supportive educational setting. An immediate need has opened for a dedicated school psychologist to work onsite for the remainder of the school year. You'll collaborate closely with educators and administrators to foster a nurturing environment, focusing on student success and well-being. Scheduling is Monday through Friday, totaling 35-40 hours per week.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred
• Comfort working onsite within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to promoting the academic, emotional, and behavioral growth of students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and report writing for students
• Develop and support individualized education and intervention plans
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to address student needs
• Deliver counseling and intervention services, both individually and in groups when appropriate
• Contribute expertise during IEP meetings and help interpret assessment data for staff and families
• Work energetically with a focus on improving outcomes for all students
