Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting assessments, evaluations, and eligibility determinations
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and counseling skills
  • Ability to consult with teachers, administrators, and parents on interventions and best practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform psychological and academic assessments to identify students’ strengths, needs, and eligibility for special education services
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and updates
  • Deliver individual and group counseling, supporting social, emotional, and behavioral health
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress
  • Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and district policies
