Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting assessments, evaluations, and eligibility determinations
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and counseling skills
- Ability to consult with teachers, administrators, and parents on interventions and best practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform psychological and academic assessments to identify students’ strengths, needs, and eligibility for special education services
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and updates
- Deliver individual and group counseling, supporting social, emotional, and behavioral health
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress
- Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and district policies
