Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification from the state board (or eligibility for certification)
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Experience conducting evaluations, creating intervention plans, and participating in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and consultation skills with students, families, and educators
• Ability to collaborate with other school professionals to foster a positive educational atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to support student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention strategies
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify and address student concerns
• Provide direct counseling and support services to students as needed
• Assist in crisis intervention, prevention planning, and program development
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with special education guidelines and regulations
