In this rewarding full-time (37.5 hours/week) position, you’ll provide invaluable expertise in behavioral support and comprehensive evaluations—ensuring each student receives the care and guidance they need to thrive.

You’ll play an essential role in addressing student needs, developing behavior management strategies, and creating a positive learning environment, all while fostering student success across the elementary school community.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Valid School Psychologist certification (state licensure required)
• Experience working in elementary school settings is preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychological evaluations, IEP processes, and behavioral interventions
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Understanding of best practices for developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Passion for supporting children’s mental health, academic achievement, and social-emotional growth

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior management strategies
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to IEP meetings and student support programs
• Offer consultation and guidance to teachers and parents on student behavior and learning needs
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive school culture
