Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience working with students (K-12 preferred)
- Thorough knowledge of psychological evaluation methods and special education processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary meetings
- Ability to provide both direct and consultative services in schools
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and outside agencies to support student learning
- Deliver direct counseling or intervention services to students as required
- Advise school teams on behavioral and academic strategies and best practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with compliance guidelines
