A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced School Psychologist to serve K-12 students across three locations in a vibrant and collaborative educational community near Oxford, KS. This contract role involves working with a diverse student population to help foster growth, resilience, and a positive school experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (must meet state requirements)
  • Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Ability to travel between three school locations efficiently
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and report-writing skills
  • Excellent communication abilities with students, staff, and families
  • Flexible and adaptable approach in a dynamic environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students referred for evaluation
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to address students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to create supportive educational plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings, provide crisis intervention, and offer counseling services as needed
  • Facilitate positive behavioral support initiatives and assist in designing classroom interventions
  • Maintain detailed and confidential student records as required by school policy and state regulations
