What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (NASP-accredited program preferred)
  • Valid and current licensing/certification as a School Psychologist in Illinois
  • Previous experience performing evaluations, assessments, and delivering intervention plans for K-12 students
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to handle a diverse caseload and manage confidential information with care
  • Deep commitment to equity, student advocacy, and the educational process

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations in accordance with state and district guidelines
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with identified needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, families, and support staff to help each student achieve their best
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments, interventions, and progress notes
